Avocado nutrients
The avocado has A, C, E, B1 vitamins, calcium, iron, magnesium and other minerals. So, every time you eat an avocado is like you took a tablet of vitamins, but this is much more tasty and
nutritious.
Avocado pulp helps remove bad cholesterol, that is to say, the fat that accumulates in the arteries. It has also been shown to have good effects in people with asthma (breathing problem) and
rheumatoid arthritis (a problem of bones).
Other uses are, for example, to remove microbes and parasites. Some people with avocado leaves prepare a tea to cure coughs.
